Give him lots of warming foods and herbs such as tulsi, adrak, dalchini, dry fruits etc. they help in immunity and keep body warm too.

Hi Kritika, keep your kid warm. but also give him enough exercise outdoors whenever the weather permits... afternoons etc. exercise keeps mind and body safe.

Hi Kritika, the standards of immunity building apply in any season and they are 1) healthy food 2) enough exercise 3) enough rest 4) less stress. focus on this and your child should be okay.

Hi Kritika, ask your doctor for a supplement that helps boost immunity or go to a homeopath. they generally help.

Hi Kritika, this is something that can't be avoided. even adults get affected. so don't stress but enjoy yourself with your children.

Kritika there is this nuska that my mamiji had once given and it's to boost your child's immunity system. And I guess this is the perfect weather for it. Take tulsi leaves, a very small piece of a adrak and one teaspoon of honey. Grind all of them together and give this to your child every morning. But remember adrak should be less... if the immunity system is strong your child will have less chances of falling ill.
