hi my son is 4 years and now I m going to start a job and we live in seperate family so I will keep aaya for him whom I know very well.. but my problem is that till now I never leave him alone.. so suddenly how I will teach him to live without me and how I teach to follow instructions of aaya.. give me some tips to teach him to live without me.. and Ane more issue that how can I come to know that aaya is taking proper care of him or not..

hi Shreya Jani ! it would be great if u would have an aaya with an elderly around, whom the child knows already and shares a good rapport .. or u could send him to a crèche.
