Worried about my baby

Hi, I'm a busy mother of a 3-year old baby. I'm working in an Insurance company( https://kaseinsurance.com/ ) in Toronto as a financial analyst. I couldn't get enough time to look after my baby because of my busy schedule. As of now, I couldn't quit my job because of some financial issues in our family. I'm not at all happy because of that. Now I'm worried that does our busy life affect our baby's mental and physical growth? I know that my baby needs special care and attention at this age. I don't know what to do.

hi Merina !try and take out time for yr child. spend quality time with him. talk a lot with him. even 2 to 3 hours of yr time each day would mean a lot to him. plan age appropriate activities for him during weekends. take him to park, play indoor games , teach him with playway method ,do finger dipping, foot printing ,read out story books and so on.. let yr hubby take over when u r not available. spending entire day with the child is not essential. even if u dedicate few hours of quality time to ur child, that would be more than enough.
