Hi Noshad, since your wife is 33 weeks can give warm hot pack massage in the calf muscles and soothing the pain. Gentle Massage can be also done on the calf muscles it relives the pain. Do not sit or stand in the same position for a long period make her to walk in between. Increase the fluid intake also. Also do gentle streching legs excersise.
