Celebrating Moms This Mother’s Day: The Parentune Awards 2025

Motherhood is a full-time role with no breaks and no clocking out - yet it is one of the most overlooked and unappreciated jobs. People often say, Motherhood comes naturally. But we, at Parentune, believe it's not entirely true. Motherhood is all about learning, unlearning, adapting, and accepting your new self. No doubt it is rewarding, with unconditional love, warm hugs, snuggles, and moments of pure joy, however, it also comes with a unique set of challenges.

As a mother, you often find yourself caught between what others expect and what your heart tells you. There is chaos, confusion, and fear of not doing things right, but at the same time, there is resilience, patience, and growth. While your child is reaching new milestones every day, so are you, and no, it’s not about being perfect at everything you do, because trust me, no mom is truly perfect. We all make mistakes. However, the only thing that sets mothers apart is that they never give up, no matter what.

This Mother’s Day, Parentune wants to celebrate every mom and her daily contributions & achievements. To honour their diverse and often underappreciated skills, just because they always make it look so effortless.

1. Master Multitasker Mom Award

This award is dedicated to moms who can effortlessly juggle different tasks, just like a pro. Whether it's making breakfast, packing lunch, helping their little one get ready for school, or answering important emails, they can do it all in one go. Despite having hundreds of tabs open in her mind and her life, A Master Multitasker Mom never backs down. She has her life and her schedule sorted. In simple words, she has mastered the art of multitasking like no one else.

Radhika Apte – Just a couple of months following her baby girl's birth, Radhika Apte attended the prestigious BAFTA Awards. She shared some candid pictures from the event on her social media, where she could be seen expressing breastmilk for her little one — a beautiful example of balancing glam and mom duties.

2. Most Likely to Find a Lost Toy in 5 Seconds Mom Award

When her child’s favourite toy goes missing and chaos strikes, this mom knows exactly how to carry out a successful search operation in no time. Her 6th sense is unmatchable — whether it is a teddy bear that goes missing or a small piece of Lego. Nothing can stop her from finding her little one’s lost toy, as if she already knows where it is. Maybe it is her phenomenal memory; maybe it’s her extraordinary intuition, or maybe just her magic.

Sonam Kapoor – In a recent interview, Masaba Gupta shared that Sonam Kapoor is a very relaxed parent and, more than that, a relaxed human being. It is her nature that helps her stay calm at the most chaotic times. Sonam once shared that ever since she became a parent, she tries to see the world through her son Vayu’s eyes, and that could also be an add-on while looking for his lost stuff.

3. Best Midnight Snack Chef Mom

When fussy eaters demand quick midnight snacks, this mom wears her invisible chef cap to create the most amazing culinary creation. Be it 1 am, 2 am, or 3 am, she always comes up with the yummiest solutions for her little one’s rumbling tummy. She is the queen of comfort food and quick-fix cravings because she knows exactly which snack will help her win a Michelin Star from her little judge.

She also shared that sometimes, she takes help from her mother and asks for her recipes, all because she wants to keep her children connected to her culinary heritage.

4. Toddler Negotiation Champion Mom

It may seem impossible to reason with a toddler who is on the brink of meltdown, but this mom handles such situations like an experienced diplomat. She can handle tantrums like a pro, whether it’s convincing her little one to finish the meal or saying no when they make big demands. Her tactics include patience, distractions, and even bribery. Because making a toddler do what you want and how you want it is no less than a superpower.

Breathe.” She is often seen disciplining her little one whenever he throws tantrums, especially around paps.

5. Human Alarm Clock Mom

While the rest of the world depends on reminders and alarm clocks, her child relies entirely on her. She wakes up before the sun to make sure her little one’s routine is not hampered, even if it means changing her own routine or being sleep-deprived at times. She believes in perfection when it comes to doing things on time. A Human Alarm Clock Mom doesn’t know the definition of being late because the word doesn’t exist in her dictionary.

6. Mess Magician Mom

When you have a child at home, chaos and mess naturally become a part of your daily life. Walls covered with crayon-filled canvases and floor covered with muddy footprints. A Mess Magician Mom is one who knows how to turn every mess into something magical. She is full of creativity and grace. She has mastered the art of mess management, and her ultimate mantra is ‘Cleanliness can wait, but childhood won’t.’

7. Most Creative ‘Because-I-Said-So’ Mom

This mom loves to set rules and knows exactly how to wrap them in glitter for her little one. She gets things done her way with ease, without a flinch. She brings a touch of creativity to every task, whether it is making her little one brush her teeth at night or making them finish every last bite of food. She has the power to convince her child to do anything, literally anything, and that too without them realizing that they have let their guards down.

imageBipasha Basu Bipasha once shared a story on her social media in which Devi could be seen playing with blue kinetic sand and a toy shovel. The picture was captioned, “Dreaming of a beach on this hot day. So some sand play.” The summer sun might have made it difficult for the toddler to go out, so instead of saying no, Bipasha found a creative and fun solution.

8. Ultimate Bedtime Storyteller Mom

When the lights become dim and the stars are up in the sky, this mom knows exactly how to make her little one fall asleep. She has a knack for telling stories, spinning drama, delivering punch lines, and building suspense all at the right moments. She has a different story for every night, and even if she doesn’t, she can tell the same story in so many imaginative ways that even a seasoned storyteller might feel outshined.
