  • Make a Proper Routine for your Child - Routines these days have gone for a toss. And that is also the reason for a lot of issues parents and children are facing. Make routines and time tables and involve your child in doing so. Include playtime, homework, screen time.

  • Set Rules and Stick to them - Once you have a routine, stick to it.

  • Be a Role Model - If you want to teach them kindness, then you should be kind with others in front of them. If you expect them to be honest with you, be honest with them. They will become what they will see.

  • Encourage Family Bonding - Family time is very important for a child. Plan to spend quality time together be it walks, rides, games, gardening etc.

  • Physical Activities

  • Do not give up early - Often parents try out something and if it does not work out, they give up fast. Stay patient and give time to it. Your child may adopt a new habit for life.

  • Stay Consistent

  • Stay Involved
