Mosquito and insect bites are common in children and can lead to irritation, itching, redness, swelling and also bumps. There are many reasons why your baby may show mosquito or insect bites on their body. Some of these include unclean environment (stagnant water, open garbage etc), dampness in the air which is also true for Monsoons, wearing short pants and leaving skin exposed, uncovered food items so on and so forth.
Therefore it is important to know of ways to treat mosquito bites. This can be done by keeping the environment dry, clean and airy, keeping the doors closed, using mosquito nets while also making sure your child is well-covered.
