Usage of Inhaler for Congestion

An inhaler is a medical device that is used to deliver medicines into the lungs. These inhalers are commonly used by those who suffer from a stuffy nose or nasal congestion. Inhalers have a decongestant effect and help to breathe in through the nose better.
However, natural remedies like ginger, garlic, etc. to reduce nose stuffiness are also recommended by many. The use of balms and ointments that can help reduce congestion are also common. Nasal inhalers containing balms or ointments are also used to reduce nasal stuffiness and provide relief.
Mostly Nasal inhalers contain menthol, camphor and pine needle oil. These help decongest the nasal passage and make it easier to breathe. The ingredients in nasal inhalers give a cooling effect to the lining of the nose. The decongestant effect helps to breathe in through the nose better.
It is important to be careful while using them, especially when they are being used on children. It is best to consult a doctor. Let us look at some remedies to relieve congestion in toddlers
