We tend to be very cautious when it comes to protecting our children from harmful germs, but providing them with the right nutrition is an important factor in boosting their immunity. Especially in times like these, I make sure I serve Yuvaan with a high nutritional density food that contains a high volume of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. My child finds vegetables and other grains boring to eat every day. It can be hard to get these little fellas to eat vegetables and fruits.
So I keep looking for ways to strengthen my child's immunity.
Superfoods like eggs, nuts, seeds, pulses, curd, and just recently, I came to know about a remarkable ingredient present in turmeric called “curcumin". Curcumin is a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant compound which not only makes our immunity stronger but has many other great health benefits to fight diseases.
It is one of the best immune boosters for children.
Remember! as a parent, we need to ensure that our child picks up good habits early on in life. Eating healthy right from a young age can go a long way so that their immune system is strong and they can fight infections like a champion.
