How To Feed Cardamom To Your Baby
It might look like a small and harmless spice but you need to feed it to your baby in a proper way so that your baby can easily swallow it without any risks of choking. So before you decide to feed your child cardamom, make sure you soak it in water for a couple of hours so that it becomes soft. You can also add cardamom in its powdered form to your baby’s meal. Remember to feed it in a limited quantity and not go too overboard with it.

Hey Kiran! How old is your baby? If he is any younger than 8 months, do not feed cardamom to him in any form. If he is older than that, then yes you can boil cardamom in milk and give it to him but just make sure you strain the cardamom out before feeding the milk to them.
