The Dried Fruit Treat is a nutritious snack for a 22-month-old, providing essential fiber that aids digestion. With a mix of oats, nuts, and dried fruits, it offers important vitamins and minerals for growth. Ingredients like honey and sugar can be used in moderation to support an active lifestyle. The treat’s texture and taste also help improve the child's palate and chewing skills. With proper supervision, it can be a healthy addition to a toddler's diet. You can store these treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Feel free to experiment with different types of nuts or dried fruits to customize the recipe to your taste.
