In India, cricket is a national passion and cricketing stars are hero worshipped. These cricket players are also doting dads and have won hearts on and off the field. They often give us a glimpse into their life as a parent showing us that their love for their children transcends all sports.

Known for his on-field aggression, Kohli shows a completely different side to him when with his children. Photographs of him with Vamika and Akaay show a more tender and loving side of the cricket legend.

Rohit Sharma 

Rohit Sharma's calm, collected manner on the pitch is a wonderful contrast to the happiness he radiates as a father in all the photos with his daughter. The father-daughter duo are often seen on outings as shared on his social media. Rohit recently became a father to a baby boy in November 2024 and we can't wait to see their pictures together. 

Shikhar Dhawan 

Shikhar Dhawan, has openly shared his struggles with fatherhood as he is unable to meet his 10 year old son Zoravar following his separation from his wife. In a recent podcast, Dhawan said, "I write messages to him every day, I don't know whether he is receiving those or not, whether he is reading it or not. I don't have any expectations. I have accepted it. I am a father and I am trying to do my duty. I miss him, I feel sad but I have learnt to live with it."

Jasprit Bumrah

When it comes to his wife and son, Jasprit Bumrah, the cool-headed fast bowler, displays his tender side. Bumrah recently shared pictures of his son, Angad as their son turned one year old. 

Ravichandran Ashwin

Another cricket player who demonstrates that there is no greater delight than being a father is Ravichandran Ashwin. His pride and joy are his children, Akhira and Aadhya. The proud father shows his love and dedication for them by sharing glimpses of their day-to-day adventures.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar

Famous for his swing bowling, Bhuvneshwar Kumar is a devoted father to his daughter, who brightens his social media posts. His sweet pictures of her reveal a close and affectionate relationship with his daughter

Hardik Pandya

Hardik Pandya has a 4 year old son, Agastya and his Instagram feed often features him with Agastya, Hardik separated from his wife Natasa Stankovic in July 2024 and as a result co-parents his son. Hardik continues to shower all his love on his son on his social media accounts.
