Having a healthy routine is very important. And I try to teach Anamta the same????????‍♀️. We exercise????????‍♀️????????‍♀️????‍♀️in the sun???? in the mornings, keep ourselves hydrated ????and try to incorporate a good portion of greens???? in our diet.
