Breathing right is a habit that your child needs to develop in the early years – and as a parent, it is important for you to observe and act. Learning to inhale and exhale the right way is the key to good health – and it is the one thing that we tend to take for granted, don’t we?
Ask yourself this: Do I ever observe how my child breathes? Is it shallow? Is it heavy? Is my child breathing through the mouth (at times) due to a blocked nose or do the nostrils flare up as s/he breathes? Most importantly, what can I do to help my child? Breathing right is a habit that your child needs to develop in the early years – and as a parent, it is important for you to observe and act.
