Being a working mom and living in a nuclear family can be, at times, challenging, especially when it comes to taking care of your little one.
You are almost clueless about what to include in your child's diet and what not to. Both my mothers (mom and mom-in-law) and Mami have been guiding me on this journey. One key thing they kept recommending was to include Turmeric milk apart from fruits and vegetables in my son's diet.
Turmeric is unanimously known as an immunity booster from ancient times. I, too, have been following this since Arin was 2 years old.
Being an inquisitive mom, I have always looked for the scientific benefits of every food in our diet. And while searching on the internet, I learned that the nutritional benefits of turmeric lie in its magic ingredient Curcumin, something which is less talked about but adds an indispensable value to our diet.
