Playing outside and have fun, is what we can't stop our kids from. And we shouldn't too! These two years have taught us the importance of immunity, healthy eating and balanced nutrition a lot. We should have a proper diet and take the best care of our immunity too. We are surrounded by so many infections in our daily routine, and if our immune system isn't strong , we can't escape from getting sick.

Apart from the diet and exercises, I include Dr. Reddy's curhealth in my family's routine because that makes our immunity strong. It has curcumin which is age old proven ingredient to keep fit. Also it has so many other ingredients which are natural too
