Preparation Time: 20-25 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • Murmura 50 g.

  • Roasted channa 50 g.

  • Spinach 30 g.

  • Jaggery/Sugar 50 g.

  • Water 300 ml.

Number of Servings: 2-3

Recommended Serving Size: 1/2 cup (approximately 100-150g)

Method:

Step 1: Remove brown skin from roasted channa.

Step 2: Roast murmura slightly.

Step 3: Powder the roasted channa and murmura.

Step 4: Prepare sugar/jaggery syrup.

Step 5: Add murmura, channa mixture and mix well.

Step 6: Cook spinach and mash.

Step 7: Add spinach paste to the mixture & mix thoroughly.
