thanks lovely parents... gud to knw dat u all liked my blog and idea of making your little ones eat healthy food.. for parents who are still coping to make their little ones eat healthy can try other ways too... use chopped or mashed vegetables in bread sandwiches.. kids would love to eat them.. plz letme know if it works.. happy healthy eating..

i have to cook in different manner, like mashing vegetablea in aata and them making chappati, adding bolied chopped vegetables in pasta,as we eat roti and any sabzi my 7 year daughter not eat vegatbles at all.
