A mother’s real happiness is seeing her child happy .
That’s why I focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and building our immunity.
My main focus is always on the desi nushka’s whether it is kadha , turmeric milk , eating fruits and regular exercise.
Turmeric is known as an immunity booster from ancient times and recently I came to know about a remarkable ingredient present in turmeric called curcumin. It boosts immunity, is a powerful antioxidant, and is anti- inflammatory.
Instantly mixable and a great taste
The benefits are endless
As a I mom I couldn’t ask anything more than an easy way to keep my family healthy and happy ????

How do you work on building immunity of your family’s ?
