Create a Good Bedtime Routine

There are also activities that you can enjoy as a family, such as playing football in the park. Exercising as a family is good for everyone's physical and mental well-being. It also gives you the opportunity to spend time communicating with each other and enjoying each other's company.
Create An Environment Where Communication is Encouraged
Your child should always feel that they are able to communicate with you honestly. In order to make sure that this is the case, you need to create a warm and supportive environment.
This makes it easier for your child to talk to you when they need to. When this happens, you should listen carefully and be empathetic. Your child needs to feel that they are being listened to and that they have the support they need.

My child is 5 years old and he has tendency to wander off to far places in our society or on road's. Earlier at the age of 2-3 years he has attention deficit issue.
