Iron is important for every woman but it becomes even more essential during pregnancy. It has been seen that one of most commonly encountered prenatal issues is anemia, which is due to a low intake of iron and folic acid rich foods.
How Can You Incorporate Iron in Your Diet?
- You need to include more iron rich foods to your diet, like spinach, sunflower seeds, nuts, dried fruits, soyabeans, lentils and eggs
- Banana being rich in iron, can facilitate production of haemoglobin which reduces the symptoms of anemia, and keeps you and your baby

Folic acid is also very essential for every woman during pregnancy; doctors put you on folic acid supplements almost as soon as they learn you’re pregnant. yeh true. bananas r very good in pregnancy.. if u have constipation it works well on it. it helps to pass the stools smoothly

hi, I am 13+1 weeks pregnant. during my nt/ nb scan (11-12 weeks)doc said nasal bone is unossified and they reviewed after 10 days, again the situation was same.. nt is normal (1 mm) and dual is also at low risk.. today again I get my usg done for cross verification of nb and doc said that they can see the pallor sign ( don't know the exact meaning) and they said its normal according to them. I am afraid...
