- 1/4th cup whole milk

- 1 Tbsp almond butter/peanut butter
- Roasted flaxseeds, for garnish

- 1 /2 Sweet potato, boiled and mashed
- 2 Small carrots, finely chopped

- 1 Small apple

- 1 Tsp roasted sunflower seeds/pumpkin seeds, for garnish
