Bharti Singh, our laughter queen, recently revealed something that left everyone stunned. She wasn’t even supposed to be born. Yes, this is her real story and not a comedy stunt.

Her mother was battling poverty and unbearable struggles. She had tried several times to abort the pregnancy. Bharti often says with raw honesty, “Main ₹60 mein hui hoon.”

Only Bharti can turn heartbreak into humour. And that’s how we are accepting this heartbreaking past with a smile.

That “₹60” was the money her mother spent on repeated attempts to end the pregnancy. Yet, none of them worked.

Bharti’s Mother Felt She Had No Choice

Bharti’s parents had a tough life where raising children was nothing less than a task. And when her mom knew about her pregnancy with Bharti, the only option left was abortion. She did many visits to the clinic but every try failed to abort Bharti. Despite everything, Bharti survived those attempts. She is a true example of that destiny is stronger than circumstance.
