doctor I have acidity for past 10 month with slow digestion and mild burn in throat sometimes and reduced weight slowly by month I found last week vitamin b12 and d deficiency so I started injection and medicine after one week of medicine weight lose again by 100 mg in one week..this only happens for 10 month like slightly reduced nearly 7 kg reduced.. my question after medicine and injection also why weight reduce plssssssssss😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😭😭😭😭
