Hello Doctor, my age is 36yrs and mother of 9 years old girl. I am having the thyroid problem since my pregnancy in 2010. My TSH level is high in which person generally gain a weight but in my case I am facing a weight loss, becoming lean day by day, my weight is 45kg. Currently, I am taking a Thyronorm 75mcg. My hemoglobin also remains low. But I am very active in all my works. Also I am not taking any supplements for calcium or iron. Is it mandatory to take the supplements at this age? Request you to please suggest how can I gain the weight and I am vegetarian. Thanks.

Name: Ankita Age - 34 years ( 1986) Delivery baby boy- 24 th march 2012/ c- section After that never got menstrual periods. Doctor has done hormonal treatment ( no result) and then diagnosed as Secondary amenorrhea ( never have any pain or cramping) December , 2014 - done hesteroscopy , perforation of uterus has taken place. After that Doctor has suggested to left it untreated. After that on 21/05/20 - bleeding/ period started suddenly Is it normal? What should I do now? I am scared to visit doctor due to Covid19.
