Signs Your Baby Isn't Getting Enough Breast Milk

Hello doctor. My baby is 3 months old now. She weighed 5 kgs when I took her for 10 th week immunization. Is it true only if there is let down of milk from one breast while feeding from other breast is sign of good milk production? My baby sleeps straight 5-6 hours in the night. Only then my breast becomes full. After that neither my breast is full nor there is let down of milk( which I used to have for initial one month). She doesn't sleep at all during day time. Not even an hour. Max, she naps for about half an hour only if I put her on my lap. What do you suggest doctor?

My nipples are not prominent enough. I have very heavy breast but my nipples are flat, so my baby is unable to latch properly. I had a c section on 23rd July, 2020.
