Paneer/Cottage Cheese - 1.5 cups

Vegetables chopped (carrots yellow corn, red and green capsicum) - 1 cup

Onions - 1 small sized

Garlic - 1 teaspoon chopped

Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp

Garam masala powder - ¼ tsp

Red chilli powder - ¼ tsp

kasoori methi - 1 teaspoon crushed

Method:

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, sautéing until they crackle.

Add onions and cook until transparent. Then, mix in the chopped vegetables with turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.

Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but not mushy.

Once cooked, add the paneer and crushed kasoori methi.
