Our country has a plethora of destinations to visit, with each one of them oozing with beauty and bounty. As you lay your hands on the internet, you will be witnessing a bunch of places to choose from, which will no doubt leave you confused. And with a little one on board, the decision to choose the best vacation destination for toddlers becomes a bit tough.   1. Darjeeling:

    Darjeeling is one of the most enticing place, which has been attracting tourists ever since. This place is abundant with beauty of the hills on the sides and the echoing valley below. If summer heat is annoying you then take your family on a trip to the hills, where your toddler is sure to have some fun in the toy train ride. Marvel at the spectacular sunrise in the morning and see the beautiful sunset at dusk, whilst sipping on some freshly made tea by the locals. Don’t forget to visit the tea gardens, as that is what Darjeeling is renowned for. The Darjeeling zoo and the ropeway are a few attractions that will lure your little one
  2. Udaipur:

    This city of the Royals will leave you mesmerized as you live life king size whilst your stay. Enjoy the grand welcome by the palaces and forts, visit the colourful hustling markets in the evening and try out lip smacking local cuisine loathed in fresh and pure ghee. Visit the Lake Pichola and try your hands at boating with your little one. The light and sound show at the Udaipur museum will surely be your child’s favourite

    This place is my personal favourite and has always been a fond memory right from my childhood to adulthood. Located up in the hills in Maharashtra, this hill station is nothing short of a blissful getaway with your family. The Mapro Gardens in Mahabaleshwar welcomes children to run wild in its expanse, urging them to pick strawberries and feel the grass under their feet. The Echo Point is exciting for children where they experiment over and over again with their own voices. Pony rides, boating and bingeing on fresh crush jams are some of the other common attractions here. Your child will love to binge on strawberries, gooseberries, mulberries, baby carrots and much more
  4. Gir National Park:

    A home to the Asiatic lions, Gir National Park will be a world of wonder for your little one. Your child will not only have fun but also learn a lot about the flora and fauna whilst on a holiday. The natural meadows of Gulmarg are covered with uncommon wildflowers like daisies and buttercups during spring and summer. Travelling with toddlers is fun and can be a bit tough. But you need to carry the right kind of travel equipments that will come handy during your trip. Make sure to carry mosquito repellent, warm clothes for the North and cotton clothes when travelling down South. Sufficient food supplies must be carried and hotel bookings must be done in advance in order to avoid any last minute glitch.
