Hi Sonal! Pls do not give any such thing as enduramass as it mite contains steroids or growth stimulants which mite cause hormonal changes. Look for causes for low weight. Notice any complaints like chronic stomachaches or any kind of physical discomfort by ur child. Also take care of his activity level like is he active or lethargic thruout the day. U can give home made food items like banana shake it helps in weight gain. U can put ghee in his dal and subji, in full cream milk add pediasure, horlicks, bournvita as per his liking, u can give soaked almonds in summers n lots of dry fruits in winters, u can give chopped fruits in whipped cream,,boiled potatoes also help gain weight. u need to give a balanced diet with above mentioned items. all d best!

Hi Friends, Thanks for all your comments. Pediasure i have been given him since he was 2 & now he is fed up of Pediasure. The suggested things are in his routine diet, i consulted doctor she says, ur kid is hyper active & his metabolism is too high, my husband is also quite thin & he is very tall.. she he has his body structure. But when i compare my son with other kids he look very thin for his age..

I have the same issues with my son. He is 2 plus and weighs only 10 kg. i have also done all his blood tests and wheat test but all the reports r normal. at last thhe doc said tht the child is hyper active and his structure is on his father. i ve started giving him pediasure now and have seen a little change in his height and weight.

@ sonal... my son is also very hiper active.... he cannt sit a one place... he is too thin.... Keep on involving him some activities... like.... scating, cycling, u can make him with you n can play some other kind of games(this way child start learn new things n forget jumping n other wierd activities)... give him s'thing extra... make black chana powder.. n add one spoon in his dough n make chapati(s'times i add almond powder too)... (trust me it really works... can c diffrence in short time) or u can try patnajali atta (mix of 7 grains), give 5(soaked) almonds n raisins, give banana shake for b'fast(empty stomach), mango shake, can add curd, desi ghee. If possible u can make cookies at home.... with wheat dough. n add lods of nuts...

Hi, when I wanted to give pediasure for my two-year old my doctor suggested complan, she said pediasure is fat based and complan is Carb-based which is better for the child.
