Hi Dr...my daughter Anam is 5 yrs old.she is very relactant to speak in english.which is very much required now for her school.she speaks Bengali and Hindi very well but doesn't want to speak English...how to improve her language study pls do guide. Thanks and Regards Jaheda

My child is 3 years 9 months, he had hearing problem n we r using hearing aids ,he also had delayed speech. We r having speech therapy also. Now he has started speaking and understanding things. Any other extra thing that we can add to bring out better response from him

My son is 3 years 6 months he started speaking 3 phrase words but due to Stammering problems both in English and Hindi we have asked him to speak slowly and chosen simple words rather than complex words or sentences but he is still Stammering on certain words or sentences ,pls madam guide us to improve his communication and language development skills.

mera beta 3 years 4 months ka h but abhi wo thik se nhi bolta h kuch words hi bolta h jese tata ,bua, nanana, baba, but ye words bhi apne man se hi bolta h kabhi kabhi mama bhi but mujhe mama nhi kahta aur apne Papa ko bhi Papa nhi bolta din bhar kuch nhi bolta aur late night kuch kuch bol ta h aur bhut hi jiddi ho gya h Har bat me jiddi bolta nhi h isare se hum log se sab karwata h hum nhi karte to rone lagta h mujhe samjh nhi aa rha h ki kya karu sab sunai deta h hearing is good but bolne me kyu delay kar rha h aur khana bhi thik se nhi khata h jo pasand h wo hi khayenge nhi to nhi hum log pakd ke badi hi mushkil se khilate h ye kab bolega hum log kese sikhay bolna abhi play school bhi nhi ja sakta because covid 19 so please tell me what I am doing

My son is 2 and 8 month old has not started speaking yet, he's not having hearing problem but could not able to catch words, sometime he will say maa, baba, aaja...but not all the time....we are both working parents but still whatever time can give we spent with him...also thought about to do speech therapy session but due to covid we can't...so mam pls let me know wht is the issue...how could he speak something...

My daughter is 2.5 years she is not speaking any phrases , neither two word sentences , only utters mumma, papa , apple and similar one words. We are working parents and she stays with her grand father and grand mother all throughout the day. Screen time is around 3 hrs in a day, though we have considerably reduced it. We are trying hard to make her express herself in words but she screams and cries if we refuse to understand her hand movements . We are worried. Doctor plz help and advise

Mera beta 1year 7 month ka h pr wah sirf papa hi aur bhua hi bolta h aur kuch nhi bolta aur sari chijo ko samjhta h ki kisko kya kahte aur meri bato ko bhi aache samjhta h ki me kya kah rahi hu aur wo apni bat isharo me sab samjha deta h uska bolne me koi interest nhi h plz mem mje bataye me kya karu plz

He is near to complete 17 months but he doesn't want to speak all he says is through sign and indicates everything whatever he wants he says only baba ,Tata we keep on talking to him every time very less use of gadgets also but also he is taking no interest is talking or saying anything although he understands almost watevr we say to him..plz help me out

My baby is 2 year old and he still hasn't said a single meaningful word and only make sound like aaku , aao when we talk to him or when he needs something. At home we speak 3 languages , I try to use 1 language most of the time still it's all mixed up. We have done his hearing test it's normal and taking him to speech therapy but there is a delay in sessions due to covid. I talk to him, sing rhymes he imitates some actions but not words. I am very much worried about his speech. Please help.

My child is three and has been pampered alot he has problem when we are strict with him he doesnt speaks much but got lot of temperament. If we shout on him he throws something. He also had speech delay but now has started speaking many words now in his own way. How can I make him listen to me as I dont want to beat him to listen to me.
