Hi Manju ! U could add helathy nutritious diet . Aap bacchey ko week Mai 4-5 eggs ,non veg, fish, Hari sabjiyan, doodh, dahi, Ghar ka bana paneer ,dalein,fruit shake, lassi dijiye. Bacche ko chotte chotte meals baar baar dijiye kyunki bacche jyada khana dekh Kar nahi kha patey. Aap bacchey ko dry fruits like akhrot, khishmish, badam, kaju praypt matra Mai dijiye. Bacahe ko fruit salad, fruit shake ,fruit custard etc dijiye. daalein jaise ki rajma, chana, chickpea, jyada khilayein. variety add kaarey, bacchey ko bhi khana banNe Mai involve karey. dhere dhere baccha ka interest apne aap badega. Bacchey ko height badane ke liye activities jiase ki swimming, cycling, basketball, football, skipping a rope etc Mai involve karey.
