But Alia Bhatt has some other plans. She has already started planning for Raha’s 18th birthday. Alia Bhatt recently appeared on a Netflix show called Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle. In a conversation with Twinkle Khanna, Alia revealed that she began planning her daughter Raha's 18th birthday gift the very day she was born. Twinkle was truly touched with this gesture of Alia towards for her daughter.

The Conversation With Kajol And Twinkle

In the show, Kajol asked Alia about writing a daily email to Raha. She also asked if Alia got the idea from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. On which Alia responded that it is her friend Aarti who gave her this idea. She mentioned that she heard somebody doing it for their child and she liked the idea and hence wanted to do it for Raha. Also, she corrected that it is not daily but monthly.

Alia mentioned that collecting these small memories is also a way of remembering things because usually we tend to forget as we move ahead. Also, when questioned if her mother Soni Razdan ever did something like this, Alia said ‘NO’. It’s just that she liked the idea and thought of doing it for Raha.

Alia is planning something special for little Raha. She mentioned that she has been working on a special gift for Raha, something that would be significant when Raha turns 18.

About the gift, Alia described that the monthly email that she writes is basically a compilation of images and little one-liners, like, ‘You loved this so much!’ 

Why 18?
