My kid upper 4 teeth fall one after another ..instead of growing 4 teeth only two front big alone has been grown the other both side teeth have not grown ..so a big gap is seen mam..what is the reason

Hi my son is having a gap in this front upper teeth. He is 13. Doctor said that it will be filled when milk teeth will fall off and permanent will replace them. If not so a small surgery has to be done to remove the growth in between. Till when can we wait.
