Chocolate covered strawberries

It's the season of strawberries... a delicious, pretty fruit that gets most of us, including our little fussy eaters ooh aah-ing with delight. Here’s a recipe to try now and enjoy. Bonus: did you know strawberry is a super fruit, loaded with health-building antioxidants?

Chocolate covered strawberries

• Clean the strawberries properly.  
• Melt dark or milk chocolate using the double boiler system (place chocolate chunks in a bowl and put the bowl on top of another bowl of boiling water. Stir to melt the chocolate.)
• Dip the strawberry in it and let rest.  
• Put in refrigerator and serve cold.
