Recipe: Millet, Carrot And Apple Stew (6 months - 12 months)

Millet Carrot and Apple Stew makes a great nutritious meal for 6 to 12-month-olds and is a wonderful way to introduce millet to your baby. The creamy texture makes it an ideal first food, while millet adds a delightful nuttiness to your baby's diet. The stew is easily digestible and packed with essential nutrients that support your baby’s overall growth and development. For younger babies, between 6 to 7 months, the millet can be cooked for a longer time to make its texture a little creamier. For older babies, between 9 months and above, additional ingredients like diced chicken or sweet potatoes may be added to enhance the nutritional value and introduce more textures.
