Recipe: Pomegranate Cucumber Raita (12 months - 18 months)

Summers are here and if you are looking for a refreshing and nutritious recipe for your baby, this is all you need. All the ingredients, be it pomegranate, cucumber or curd, are rich in essential nutrients. The recipe is good for your baby’s gut health and aids in digestion. It also provides your child with antioxidants and vitamin C, which boosts their immunity.
Preparation Time: 5-7 minutes
Ingredients:

Curd - 120-250 grams

Pomegranate pearls 2 Tbsp (30 gm)

Cucumber Grated 2 Tbsp (35 gm)

Coriander Leaves Chopped 1 Tsp (2-3 gm)

Green Chilli Paste- 1/4 Tsp (optional)

Jeera Powder- 1/8 Tsp

Salt 1/4 Tsp
Servings: 1-2
Recommended serving size: ½ medium katori

Method:
Step 1: In a bowl add 1/2 cup curd and whisk until smooth.
Step 2: Add pomegranate pearls, cucumber, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp jeera powder
Step 3: Give it a nutty Twist by adding white sesame seeds paste
Step 4: Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Step 5: Refrigerate and serve.
