hi, my 7. 5 months old baby's head has become flat from back... now he keeps on moving in his sleep, so donno if pillows will help or not... currently m not using any pillow

hi don't worry. it's natural. baby sleeping habit change by age.

flat head comes to kids below three months of age who can't roll on to stomach n giving tummy time would avoid the risk. Fellow parents pitch in ur comments if u have idea on the talk.

Flat head comes before the age of 3 mth and that too because of sleeping in one direction without pillow.... n that not a big issue... U can change the sleeping pattern of ur baby. As now nothing can be done now... it is just a physical structure of body so nothing to worry about it.... as the kid will grow flat head will also take its proper shape...
