Helo keerthana yes baby is doing well only. Continue breastfeed your baby on demand. Breastfeeding baby on demand is enough to ensure that baby is getting enough milk. To make sure that baby is getting enough milk you can look into baby's poop and pee count. If the count is good it means that baby is healthy. You can eat healthy foods so baby will be getting via breastfeed. Continue breastfeeding as long as you can it will keep baby healthy.

keerthana baby shed their weight in the the first two weeks and catch up again by the end of the month. Ideally babies in the first two months should gain 150 grams per week. Your baby's weight is within the normal range as per his birth weight. Feed baby on demand or every 2 hours. feed the baby for 15 minutes or so on one side for the hind milk to flow which is rich in fat content which would help the baby in gaining weight.

keerthana first 2 months of life is a period of rapid growth. Your baby should be near double of the birth weight is.. between 4. 0 - 6. 5 kg. But it has a heredity factor involved in it also if the parents are lean and thin the weight gain is dependent on it and there is a fluctuation in first two months during the weight gain which is normal as main gain or loose weight during first two months You should time feed her so that Her weight starts gaining.. You also should take Carbohydrate and protein rich diet containing Daliya idli poha paneer cheese fruits nuts green leafy vegetables and pulses
