Hii everyone i am 32 weeks pregnant. Last day i had my ultrasound done and baby's position came out to be breech. Now i am a little concern about my sleeping postures.. like i dont know which sleeping posture is safe. I sleep on my left side but i feel that in this way i may hurt my baby.. plz suggest.

Hello, as i know with my own experience and with my doc suggestion left side is best for baby the only thing to care about is don't sleep by bending your body.

Do excersise it helps your baby to take position. I did lot of exercise specially for normal delivery . You can search in You Tube "Stedyhealth pregnancy exercise" pick out some good exercises from them for your running month and do regularly. It helps a lot and you will feel fresh. Also you can do sweeping in one room exclusively in your nine month.

left side is best and at this stage u may find difficulty in sleeping u try to keep soft pillow between ur legs while sleeping so that it helps to sleep well and doesn't harm ur baby in anyway
