Hi priya ! Fishes aren't the safest option for consumption especially when u r expecting due to the risk of mercury contamination. However u could consume it in moderate amounts .
Helo priya its better to avoid dry fish as it contains lot of salt which will increase the sodium level in our body. If you are very much tempted you can have little but not too often. You can eat lot
