Hi Shikha, my baby loves kaju barfi. I just make paste of kaju and cook it with suger , make a thick consistency , add some other dry nuts's powder when it is done spread a little ghee on plate , spread the consistency equally and let it half dry , make different shapes by using cutter.

take seasme seeds, roast these on medium heat until light brown and crunchy. now grind these roasted seeds to powder. on low heat roast grated khoya ,until it leave sides . take it off heat add powdered sugar to it and add powdered roasted seasme seeds. cover ur palms with ghee and roll this mixture into small balls. use seasme or till laddu is ready.
