hey mansi go for some healthy n light finger food so tht by dinner tym u dont hv to struggle .. like boil some moong , kabuli chana , soya beans . or any other pulses just gv tadka n serve.. panner pakoda , tofu , or mix all pulses n grind n make a paste n make dosa their s no need of fermentation for this batter.. even u can gv golden banana steam it n remove black seed n then slice it in a thin lyer n dip in rice batter n deep fry or u can make varition with golden banana. ..

Hi well my toddler is still small, but I think light poha, upma, bread slice with jam or butter, chillas, wheat halwa, gajar halwa, loki halwa, nachani halwa can be good breakfast

its gud if he is hving finger foods ... stuffed paratha is vry gud source of energy u can try is with different stuffes like paneer, potato cabbage ,cauliflower, palk, peas n all n if he he is not hving egg thn u can also stuff the boiled egg yolk in paratha ... dont mix the veggie with floor instead stuff differnt half boiled veg .. it will help in digestion.. mine one luves egg white ony i use to give her egg yolk mixed with rice pulse or stuff it in paratha ... c is not able to know wht m feeding her n willingly takes it ...
