Hi Pooja, add veggies to her khichdi and rice that she eats. If you eat eggs then you may add one boiled egg in her dal. Instead of simple banana give her banana milkshake but don't put ice in it. Add some more fruits to her diet either in the form of fruit chat, custard or fruit smoothie.

Hi Pooja , Try giving her oats porridge / Suji Halwa /Ragi Porriage in breakfast . To introduce Chapati prepare a small soft chapati for her , break in small pieces and put in front of her one by one . Children love to eat independently . She will pick it up and try to eat it . This will develop his taste for chapati . Once she develops taste you can prepare some stiff chapatis and put bites in her mouth while she plays . As she is already eating khichdi , rice and dal its good . You can add nutrients to it by adding some vegetables to it . You can also prepare some vegetables soup by boiling all vegggies , griding and making semi solid paste for her . You can also put fruit like apple to his khichdi or dal to give a diff taste sometimes .Its summer time so kids want to eat less and drink more so try to give small quantities . Hope it helps .
