my son is 10 years old but his weight is only 22 kg please suuggest food for weight gain

hi Kalpana! Jay's weight is well within range. however if u still want to give him weight gaining food u could add whole milk to his diet , add fruits like banana , avocado, pear ; butter, good quality fats such as olive oil, rice bran oil; nuts and dry fruits; fish , non- veg, eggs, yogurt, smoothies etc. give small frequent meals. hope this helps!
