how many times i can reheat the formula milk?

i use formula milk in cereals, so i use warm milk to mix formula and mix it in cereal and while feeding cereal gets cold, my baby likes lukewarm cereals so i again put the cereal bowl in warm water. is it ok if i keep doing this or i can't reheat the formula milk with cereal? ps water is not too hot. it's just hot enough to make cereals comfortable warm.
