Is continuous usage of diapers on a full day, safe for the baby?

Hello mommies!!! There are many brands of diapers out there.. But I had this doubt since the beginning, whether the diaper usage on a whole day basis safe for a baby?? Like, when we continuously use diapers, there is an obvious rash problem. But keeping a baby without a diaper is another problem as he can poop or pee any time on anyone. Plzz give an appropriate suggestion as per your experiences moms.

some diaper has indicators like kidz , molfix, huggies (Malaysia) etc.. use that and change when tge indicator goes green. while changing, keep a break of 5 minutes (if possible), apply olive oil or rash cream.

hi Meraj !please do not make the baby wear diapers the whole day ,as it can cause rashes. plus the baby would never understand the urge to pee and poop if diapers are used for long term.
