hi Krithika! it could be the symptom of a viral or fungal infection. did he suffer from hand, foot , mouth disease.. or any other viral infection recently.. or it could be due to anemia or any other nutritional deficiency. please get her thorough check up done to ascertain the exact underlying cause.

S before a month back she had viral infection in mouth and rashes on her body
