Starting Exercise after 6 months of Delivery

My wife had C section on 21st Dec 2016 and now she is about to complete 6 months, Can my Wife do exercise at home or Yoga for reducing Weight, If yes what exercises can be done so that her stiches if have to take care are not affected

Hi Ashish, I am really glad to see your concern. you can make her walk for 15-15 mint each morning and evening. Start with light yoga that could not pressurise her tummy portion. Infact you can ask your gyne for a exercise chart, she will tell you what to avoid and what to do in a real practical manner. Give your wife small meals with small gap, avoid large quantity of food at a time , make it 4-5 small meals. I used to have 1 garlic clove with a glass of luke warm lemon water early in the morning and it helped me ro reduce weight, you can give a try if it suits. Take care .

@puloma should we boil the garlic and cover with water or just drink it with Luke warm water and honey?
