my daughter two and half year old not talking continuously, she talks one two or three words, but understands everything

That's still acceptable. My daughter is also of same age and she speaks words only, not yet awarded speaking sentences. Whatever she speaks, it's meaningless. I am continuing my efforts to talk to her as much as possible.
