hi I have a baby girl.. normal delivery. after delivery my weight got gained. how to reduce it. stomach became bulk too..

hi Sasikala v ! u can resume light exercise 3 months after delivery.. go in for light walks, yoga, some sport like swimming etc as per ur interest . however do get a green signal from yr doc first. also reduce intake of carbs and sugar. have fresh fruits and salads and reduce intake of refined flour based dishes.
